Grundfos – how the IBR MBA creates tangible benefits

Grundfos has become a world leader in building pumps. All started in Denmark with single idea to help a neighbour in building a pump in 1945. Today, this idea of Mr Poul Due Jensen has grown into a company that employees nearly 15,000 people all over the world. In Ukraine, only three years after opening a representative office, Grundfos is market leader.

Dr. Andreas Kelling, Director of IBR, congratulated Grundfos Ukraine on its third birthday. He explored together with all Grundfos employees of how to create an environment to let this brand flourish in the country. "Our success in Ukraine can be traced back directly to the IBR MBA in which both myself and our Marketing Director Katerina Kalchenko participated", says Mr Sergiy Slobodenjuk, Director of Grundfos Ukraine. "Our company today is an excellent example about how the IBR MBA creates tangible benefits indeed. Even country managers of Grundfos in other nations see this once they look at our outstanding performance."
