Frankfurt: Accenture Germany opens doors for IBR executives

Before graduating the IBR International MBA, Ukrainian students visited the headquarters of Accenture www.accenture.de. As a leading business innovation partner, Accenture is very much concerned about keeping talented employees in the company. The IBR MBA students were given a unique opportunity to discuss with senior executives of Accenture about how companies can reduce staff turn-over and increase the overall employee satisfaction.

In order to create tangible benefits for the participants, Professor Dr. Wilfried Moedinger, IBR faculty member of IBR and Professor of the University of Media in Stuttgart, coached students through cases that are used by Accenture in their assessment centre. Based on this, the discussion with Accenture senior executives turned out to be in depth and with practical implications for all participants.
