Indians consult companies in Israel
The first group of Indian executives visited Israel this week. "It was unforgettable week. We are deeply impressed by the Israeli technological advancement. We could learn so much from what is done here". These are the only few comments given by India IBR students at the end of the marketing residential week. Professor Bernie Van Zjil (South Africa) coached students to consult 2 Israeli Hi-Tec companies of the RAD group (www.rad.com the leading Israeli group in data and telecommunication). Following IBR best practice, the residential periods are not only an academic exercise but a real life case study in which IBR students learn how to create a tangible benefits for the companies they visit.
"This is only a beginning" says the Director of IBR, Dr. Kelling." We have selected Israel as one of our study centres and we see a lot of potential here. In 2010 IBR plans to bring an additional 5 delegation from Europe and India to Israel. Next year we hope to increase to the number to 10 delegations. We not only use and promote Israel as a an excellent case study for innovation and technological advancement. Our students are entrepreneurs and most of them are interested to establish a business contacts here to promote Israeli technology abroad. This is a great contribution to the Israeli economy."
