Dear applicant!
IBR offers an easy and convenient way to register you as a student. The following instructions that are designed to assist you in submitting your personal application form:
Step 1:
Open the "online application form". The first information that we ask you to place is "login". You are free to select your own login. Keep it as you will need it to login for your studies in future as well. Now continue filling in information that is requested on the screen. At the very end, you determine a personal "password". Again, keep this password in mind as you will need it together with your login whenever you login to our personal IBR StudyWeb.
Having done this click on the button “Send”. Expect an email confirmation that your data have been successfully received by IBR within a few hours.
Step 2:
By means of sending your application form, you informed your local IBR office about your desire to study. It will contact you soon in order to arrange a first interview with you.
You don't have to worry about uploading additional application documents at this point of time. Your local office will advise you when and how to do this.
Once your local office instructed you to upload additional application documents, enter "online upload of application documents" on this page. A table with your MBA application form will open on your screen. At the very end you find an invitation to upload documents. In case you have more than one document for one category, create a zip file in order to place all of them:
- Your CV, which should focus on your academic background and your working experience
- An essay with details on your personal study motives and your personal objectives why you would want to obtain a post graduate degree at this point of time in your career.
- A list of your personal working experience which shall include dates of employment, addresses of employers and responsibilities.
- Two recommendation letters of people that are authorised to comment on you from a professional and personal perspective
- Copies of your university diplomas and university student record. In case they are not in English, German or French, an official translation into one of these languages will be required.
- A passport photo
- A copy of your international passport
Step 3:
All documents will be verified by the IBR admissions committee. Once you passed successfully the admissions interviews and the admissions committee officially approved your application, you will be informed about admissions and steps to take from hereon.
