IBR’s international offices are not branches of any university partner and do not represent universities legally or academically; their role is limited to local information and consultation services provided on behalf of IBR.

IBR operates through a combination of country-based and regional consultation centres. In larger markets, representatives support all levels of study. In other regions, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes may be coordinated through different centres to ensure appropriate guidance and support.
